What materials are used in GREATS footwear?
We pride ourselves on using high-quality, responsibly sourced materials. Most of our sneakers are handcrafted in Italy using premium full-grain leathers, buttery suedes, and recycled cotton canvases designed for durability and comfort.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your pair sooner.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in unworn, original condition with all packaging included. Please note that 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
How do I find my correct size?
Most of our styles run true to size. However, for our Italian-made leather sneakers, we recommend sizing down if you are between sizes. Check the 'Size Guide' on each product page for specific measurements.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping costs and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
