Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your GREATS, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn sneakers in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
